Agreement to Terms These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and JESSICA GEORGE, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the jessicageorge.shop website as well as any other related media (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All content, source code, designs, and marks on the Site (“Content” and “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your personal use only. No part of the Site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

User Representations and Product Availability By using the Site, you represent that all information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Wake County, North Carolina.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

• Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: All shoe orders qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–5 Business Days after the order has shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: This option offers faster delivery, typically within 1–2 Business Days, and costs $35.00 USD. Please note: Expedited shipping is only available for items that are currently in stock. It does not speed up the production time of Pre-Order items.

• International Shipping:

  • International Standard Shipping costs $55.00 USD. Delivery typically takes 7–14 Business Days, which does not include any potential delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works Not the right fit? We're sorry your shoes did not fit well. Please let us know the specific reason why it wasn't the best fit so that we can continue to improve our shoes.

Standard Return Policy (In-Stock Items): We have a 14-day return policy for standard in-stock orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging.

Founder’s Circle Pre-Order Policy (Special Clause): Because Founder's Circle items are made-to-order specifically for you, these orders are eligible for Size Exchange or Store Credit only. We cannot offer cash refunds on Founder's Circle pre-orders once production has begun. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us prior to ordering.

To Start a Return: Contact us at contact@jessicageorge.shop with your order number. You may request a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) that will be deducted from your refund/credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Every shoe is hand-crafted and may contain its own authentic marks. Please inspect your shoes upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are not responsible for any marks or tears after the shoe has been worn.

Exchanges If for any reason the item you received is not the correct size or style, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to initiate a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired size and style.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

PRE-ORDER 

Pre-Order Arrival Timeline The date provided on all Pre-Ordered merchandise is an ESTIMATE, not a guarantee. While we strive to meet these dates, manufacturing schedules can occasionally shift.

• Founder's Circle Pre-Sale: Orders must be placed by January 1, 2026.

  • Est. Shipping: Mid-February 2026 (Targeting Valentine's Day delivery).

• Official Spring Launch: Spring 2026.

  • Est. Shipping: Immediate (3-5 business days).

Pre-Order Policy

• Payment: Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase to secure your production slot.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, your order is submitted to our manufacturer and cannot be cancelled.

• Mixed Orders: If you purchase multiple items in one order along with a Pre-Order item, both items will ship together upon arrival of the Pre-Order Item. If you need in-stock items to ship sooner, please purchase them separately.

Your Data is Secure ALL PRODUCT CONTENT, PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESIGNS DISPLAYED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE OUR OWN AND ARE THE ORIGINAL CREATIVE PROPERTY OF JESSICA GEORGE LLC. ALL PERSONS, COMPANIES, ENTITIES THAT USE ANY AND ALL CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. JESSICA GEORGE, LLC Reserves the right to refuse the business of any persons, business, entities etc. without explanation.

Information, correction, blocking and deletion of data According to European legislation, you can request the information and data stored in relation to you and the correction, blocking and deletion of these data. EU Constituents may also wholly or partially withdraw your data from the collection, processing, or use by JESSICA GEORGE, LLC.
