Some Jessica George Footwear collections are offered on a pre-sale basis, giving you early access to upcoming styles before they officially become available.

When you place a pre-sale order, you are reserving your pair in advance.

The estimated shipping date for each pre-sale product will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.

WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?

A pre-sale item is not yet ready for immediate shipment.

By placing a pre-sale order, you secure your selected style, color, and size before the official release.

Your order will ship once the product becomes available.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING

Each pre-sale product will include an estimated shipping timeframe.

For example:

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may be subject to change due to production, quality control, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If there is a significant change to your estimated shipping date, we will do our best to keep you informed.

PRE-SALE PAYMENT

Payment is collected at the time your pre-sale order is placed.

Your order confirmation does not mean that your item will ship immediately. The estimated shipping date shown on the product page applies to your order.

ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order includes both:

In-stock items, and
Pre-sale items

they may ship separately or together depending on product availability and our fulfillment process.

Additional shipping information will be provided where applicable.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make changes to your pre-sale order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
